Warranty

We care about our products and, naturally, do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to make a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is, in any case, two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It is always possible that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing support@dutch-smart.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you may submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union’s platform.”
