Our online store was developed using software from Shoptrader B.V. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Shoptrader B.V. has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Under the agreement we have entered into with them, Shoptrader B.V. is obligated to implement appropriate security measures. Web Hosting

We purchase web hosting and email services from Transip.nl and other companies. Companies such as Transip.nl process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata regarding the use of the services. This is not personal data. Companies such as Transip.nl have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Companies such as Transip.nl are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Email and mailing lists
YMLP
Our website uses YMLP, a third party that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via YMLP’s servers. YMLP will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also interpret this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your
(personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable retention period applies. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile or to documents we have created in connection with your engagement.
Your Rights
Under applicable Dutch and European law, as a data subject, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can exercise them.
In principle, to prevent misuse, we will only send copies of your data to the email address we already have on file. If you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by mail, we will ask you to verify your identity. We maintain a record of processed requests; in the case of a right-to-be-forgotten request, we store anonymized data. You will receive all copies and extracts of data in the machine-readable format we use within our systems.
You have the right at any time to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data in an improper manner.

You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) that relates to you or can be traced back to you transferred to another party. You may submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, to the email address we have on file, copies of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing our services in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In applicable cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Dutch-smart. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is valid, we will provide you with copies of the data we process (or have processed) and will permanently cease processing thereafter.
You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a manner that triggers this right. If you believe this is the case, please contact our privacy officer.
