The Dutch Smart points system
We really appreciate having you as a customer. That’s why we make sure our products and service are of such high quality that you’re satisfied with us and come back more often. Because when our customers are happy, we’re happy too. That’s why we’ve decided to reward our loyal customers through our new points system.
With this system, you can earn points in all sorts of ways, which you can later spend in our online store. This is our way of giving something back to our regular customers. Read on to find out how you can earn points and what you can do with them!
How can I earn loyalty points?
First, you need to create an account before placing an order; only then can you earn loyalty points. Earning loyalty points is incredibly easy. You receive 1 loyalty point for every euro you spend in our shop. So an order of 20 euros will earn you 20 loyalty points!
What can I do with my loyalty points?
You can use your loyalty points anywhere in our online store. With enough points, you can, for example, get a discount on the items in your shopping cart, or even get products for free. So it’s a win-win situation: you help us, and we help you! You can save and spend as many points as you like; we have no limit. Once you’ve spent your points, you can simply start earning them again. 100 loyalty points are worth €1.00, which you can redeem during checkout.

Dutch-smart regularly offers free products—why? We love giving gifts.
The free products may differ from the images, though they are usually accurate.
With every order, you’ll receive a free lighter featuring the Dutch-Smart logo. For every order of €50 or more, you’ll receive a plastic Dutch-Smart grinder.
If you place an order with us over €100, we’ll give you a free aluminum grinder—a 4-part model with a pollinator and, of course, our beautiful logo engraved on it.
Packaging for Herbs and ExtractsThe packaging for our herbs depends on various factors. Our product packaging may differ from the image shown. These herbs will be packaged in: a cylindrical tin, an aluminum-sealed stand-up pouch with a grip closure, or a transparent grip bag. Of course, everything is packaged and shipped discreetly.
