How do you use the grow kit?
Place the kit in the included grow bag and maintain a constant temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius. Ventilate daily by briefly opening the bag to let in fresh air. Keep the humidity high by lightly misting the inside of the bag if it feels dry. Keep the kit out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperature fluctuations. The first pinheads will appear within 1 to 2 weeks. Harvest the mushrooms just before the veil under the cap breaks for maximum potency. Dosage and Safe Use
Strains such as APE6, Penis Envy Gigantus, and Melmac 116 have an above-average psilocybin concentration compared to standard Cubensis. Do not assume your usual dosage if you are using these strains for the first time. Start with less than usual and build up gradually. A quiet environment, a sober person nearby, and plenty of free time are always advisable. Do not combine psilocybin with alcohol, MAO inhibitors, or SSRIs.
