Have you ever struggled with caring for your houseplants? Or fresh herbs from the supermarket? If the answer is yes, then you might be hesitant about growing magic mushrooms at home. Yet it’s really not that complicated. The 100% mycelium XL grow kits from our magic mushroom shop are designed to take all the hassle out of the process for you. Mycelium is the network of fungal threads that grows underground, from which mushrooms emerge. Because the substrate (growing medium) in our grow kits consists of 100% potential magic mushrooms, you’re always guaranteed a bountiful harvest. With just a little care, you’ll have hundreds of grams of trippy material!
Using our 100% Mycelium XL grow kits
You’re not completely on your own when growing magic mushrooms, but that’s part of the fun. Here’s what you need to keep in mind when using the 100% mycelium grow kits:
- Work in a sterile environment. Wear clean clothes, a face mask, use disinfectant, and wear gloves. Any bacteria you carry can ruin your mushrooms. Do this during both the growing and harvesting phases.
- Place the grow kit in a bright spot, but not in direct sunlight. Artificial light or regular daylight is fine.
- Make sure the temperature around the grow kit remains stable between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius.

What to do with your harvest?
True enthusiasts opt for the XL package, so you’ll want to use your harvest wisely. Of course, you should first enjoy your first flush to the fullest. Freshly harvested magic mushrooms can be stored in the fridge for up to a few weeks before they spoil and lose their potency.
