The PDX Elite Blowjob Power Pump is a vacuum pump from Pipedream's PDX line, one of the larger manufacturers of sex toys. Using IST technology (Intermittent Suction Technology), the device mimics an irregular, pulsing suction rhythm similar to a "milking" motion. The clear cylinder is sturdy enough to grip firmly and has a built-in ruler plus a magnifying section, so you can see the effect of the vacuum during use. As with virtually any vacuum pump, that effect is temporary: the swelling caused by the vacuum fades again once the device is removed, and there is no scientific basis for a lasting increase in size from this type of product.

Use
