10 Screens for the Vaporgenie

The Vaporgenie is a pocket vaporizer that works through convection: the flame never touches the herb directly, instead it heats the air around it through a so-called flame filter. A fine metal screen holds the herb in place above this filter and spreads the hot air evenly across the whole surface. Because that screen is constantly exposed to heat and combustion residue, it wears down and eventually clogs.

When to replace

A clogged or damaged screen shows up as a harder draw, uneven vaporisation, or a noticeable residue taste. That is the moment to switch to a fresh screen from this pack of 10. Having ten spares on hand means you will not need to reorder after every few sessions, and you always have a backup ready.

Replacing and maintenance

Unscrew the bowl of the Vaporgenie, carefully remove the old screen with tweezers or the tip of a small knife, and place the new screen in the same position above the flame filter. Make sure the screen sits flat so air can flow through evenly. Clean the bowl regularly with isopropyl alcohol to prevent build-up: this significantly extends the life of every new screen.
