Compact, upright wooden pipe

This wooden pipe is built as a standing model: its wide base keeps it standing on a table or windowsill instead of rolling away like a regular pipe. The pipe consists of 3 parts, with a wooden bowl set on top of the straight, upright body. At a compact 19 cm tall, the pipe is easy to hold and quick to use, without needing a separate stand to rest it on.

Use and care

Fill the bowl with a small amount and pack it lightly so the draw stays smooth. Because the pipe is made up of loose parts, you can take it fully apart to clean the bowl and the airway. Use a pipe cleaner or cotton swab to remove residue from the channels, which keeps the flavour clear and the draw open. Let the wood dry fully after cleaning before putting the parts back together, to avoid warping or staining. Store the pipe dry and out of direct sunlight, so the wood does not expand or crack over time. Check now and then that the 3 parts still fit snugly, so you are not drawing in false air while smoking.
