The entire bar contains 35 grams of mycelium, which roughly corresponds to 15 grams of fresh truffles. The guidelines below are indicative: always start low and wait at least 60 minutes for the effects before taking a possible additional dose.
Up to 1 cube — microdosing, suitable for focus and creativity without a noticeable trip.
3–5 cubes — mild trip with gentle visuals, euphoria, and introspection.
6–8 cubes — medium trip with more intense visuals and deeper experiences.
9–10 cubes — strong experience with powerful visuals; recommended only for experienced users.
