You probably know the shiitake mushroom mainly as an ingredient in various dishes, but did you also know that it’s an incredibly valuable dietary supplement? This extract, organically grown in Finland on Finnish soil, is a must-have for every nightstand. No fillers or grains are used in this extract.Thanks to the new extraction process, all the valuable compounds and nutrients are extracted from the mushroom. 

The bottle contains 30 mL of extract. We recommend placing a few drops of the tincture under your tongue and then swallowing. You can also mix it with tea, juices, coffee—you name it! A full pipette equals 0.6 ml; the maximum daily dose is 2 ml. We also recommend taking a 7-day break after every 3 months of use.
Please note: the tinctures are quite potent. We therefore recommend taking a one-week break after every three months of use.
