The amounts listed are averages for a new Kratom user weighing around 100 kg, but it’s best to start with a low dose, as higher doses build tolerance more quickly.

Dosages work as follows:

Mild Effects: < 5 grams, which is about 80% of a tablespoon
Moderate effects: >5–7 grams, slightly more than a tablespoon
Strong Effects: > 7–8 grams of kratom powder, more than one and a half tablespoons.

Mixing: Mixing different powders can yield a wide variety of results. Virtually all powders can be mixed, but red generally mixes better with white and green. Of course, this depends largely on personal preference.
