Svakom Nova Kegel Training Set – Pelvic Floor Training in Three Steps

The Svakom Nova Kegel Training Set consists of three vaginal balls made of 100% silicone, each with a different weight and diameter. You insert one ball and tighten your pelvic floor muscles to keep it in place. With regular use, the muscles become stronger, which users experience as a tighter vagina, better bladder control, and more intense sensations.

The set is designed as a progressive training program: start with the lightest ball (49 g, 36 mm) and work up to the heaviest (95 g, 28 mm). The soft silicone material is flexible, skin-friendly, and easy to clean with toy cleaner and water. Always use water-based lubricant; silicone lubricant can damage the material.

The balls are also suitable for women with incontinence issues or after childbirth. The pull cord makes removal easy and safe.
