Vita Kegel Ball Set – pelvic floor training with five weights

The Vita Kegel Ball Set is a complete training set with five balls and two holders. You start with the single holder and one of the lightest balls (purple, yellow, or turquoise, each 40 g). Over time, switch to the double holder and combine it with the pink (50 g) or blue ball (60 g). This way, you can build up at your own pace.

Train for about 20 minutes a day. Insert the holder with the ball, tighten your pelvic floor muscles, and hold the ball in place. Always use a small amount of water-based lubricant for comfort. Silicone lubricant can damage the material, so avoid using it.

Trained pelvic floor muscles can contribute to more intense orgasms and help prevent unwanted urine leakage, for example after pregnancy. The holders are flexible and stretchy, making it easy to swap out the balls. Clean with lukewarm water and mild antibacterial soap or toy cleaner.
