Serving size:
Use 1 teaspoon of loose tea (1 gram) per cup (200 ml) or 2 tablespoons per liter of water. If desired, use a tea infuser or tea strainer to brew the tea. Pour boiling water over the tea and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
