Razor blade with holder

This razor blade is a variant on the classic loose chopping blade: the thin, straight blade is fixed in a plastic holder, giving you more grip during use and keeping your fingers away from the bare edge. The holder makes the blade suitable for anyone who would rather not work with a loose blade.

The color of the holder can vary between deliveries, the function stays the same. Like the loose model, this blade is often used together with a snuff plate or tube, but it can also be ordered separately as a replacement or addition to an existing set.

Use

Place the powder on a flat, clean surface. Hold the plastic holder and use the straight edge to chop up any lumps. Then drag the blade flat across the surface to spread the powder into an even layer or line. Do not use the blade for other purposes than working with powders: the thin blade is not made for shaving and is not suitable for that on thicker growth.

Care and storage

Wipe the blade clean after use with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Store the blade with the holder around it so it cannot cut anyone by accident, and keep it out of reach of children. With normal use, the metal blade stays sharp enough for its purpose for a long time.
