Characteristics

medium to large and exhibit a wide range of shapes.
Cultivated mushrooms likely have gills available for spore production. Spores are purplish-brown and albino, measuring 7×12 micrometers. This species of Bluey Vuitton does not normally release spores but has occasionally been observed shedding them.
When the spores germinate, clamp connections and finely feathered mycelium can be observed (microscopes and magnifying devices are recommended for viewing).
