Growing instructions for Marshmallow Shrooms
The Marshmallow Shrooms Grow Kit is an all-in-one system: you just add water. Wash your hands thoroughly, clean the outside of the kit with a dry cloth, and remove the lid. Fill the kit with lukewarm water (20°C) and let it soak for up to five minutes. Drain the water, let the kit drain for ten seconds, and place it in the included grow bag. Place the grow kit in a room at 20 to 25°C, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Keep the bag closed until the first pinheads appear; this usually takes ten to twenty days. As soon as you see pinheads, briefly air out the bag daily and lightly mist the inside with a plant sprayer. Harvest the mushrooms just before the membrane under the cap loosens: gently grasp the stem, twist it slightly back and forth, and pull the mushroom completely out of the substrate. To start a new flush, repeat the process from the soaking stage.
Dosage and harm reduction
The Psilocybe Qubit is stronger than many standard cubensis strains. Start with a low dose if you’re not familiar with magic mushrooms or if this is your first time trying this strain. A common starting point for cubensis strains is 10 to 15 grams of fresh mushrooms for a mild experience, 15 to 25 grams for a moderate trip, and 25 to 35 grams for a strong experience. Because the Qubit hybrid is more potent, the actual intensity may be higher at the same dosage.
