Arctic Camo Trucker Cap

This trucker cap combines a light camo pattern in white, grey and pale blue with a structured front. The Dutch Smart logo is embroidered onto it, setting the cap apart from a plain camo cap. Where classic camo usually comes in shades of green, this arctic camo stands out for its light, cool colour scheme, which pairs well with dark clothing.

The structured front keeps its shape even after frequent use, while the mesh back provides ventilation so the cap stays wearable on warmer days too. An adjustable snapback closure at the back makes the cap fit most head sizes (one size fits most).

Use and care

Don't machine-wash the cap, as this can affect the shape of the structured front; clean stains with a damp cloth and mild soap and let the cap air-dry flat or on a cap shaper. Store it on a flat surface or a hook to keep its shape and prevent creasing.

The trucker cap has its roots in the American Midwest, where farm and feed companies handed out free caps with a foam front and mesh back to farmers in the 1960s and 70s as mobile advertising. From the 1990s onward, skate and music culture picked up the style, and it grew into a streetwear staple. That same combination of a sturdy, printable front with a breathable back still makes the cap practical today: it keeps the sun out of your eyes without your head overheating.
