Peyote (Lophophora williamsii) is the sacred cactus of the Native American Church. This small, thornless, spherical cactus grows in the southern United States and Mexico. Its green parts are harvested for their mescaline, a powerful entheogen. You can grow these specimens indoors.

Usage

These cacti are suitable for cultivation. Only once the cacti are several years old can their above-ground parts be harvested (they do not need to be killed for this).
