Pollen press with magnetic handles
This mini press is designed to compress loose plant material, such as finely ground herbs or kief, into a firm block. That makes the material easier to store and dose than in loose form. The press consists of a cylinder with two blocks and a screw cap; the magnetic handles click onto the cap so you can tighten it firmly without extra tools.
Use and care
Fill the cylinder with the material you want to press, place the top block on it, and tighten the cap with the handles as far as possible by hand, without using pliers or other tools. Let the press sit for several hours and give it another turn in between for the best result. After use, take the press apart and clean the parts so no residue is left behind to get in the way next time.

Why press it
Loose kief or finely ground herbs have a lot of surface area exposed to air, which speeds up quality loss. Pressing the material into a compact disc reduces that surface area, making it easier to store and better protecting the contents from drying out.

Should I use pliers on the press for more pressure?
No, use hand pressure only through the magnetic handles; tools can damage the threads or the blocks.
How long should the press sit at minimum?
A few hours already gives a reasonable result, but for the firmest disc it is better to leave the press overnight and give it another turn in between.
