Capsule Machine Size "1" - for 50 Capsules
With this capsule filling machine you fill size "1" capsules yourself with your own herbs, powders or extracts. The machine consists of a plate with 50 holes: you place the empty capsule halves in them, fill them with your own ingredient and close them with the tamper. This way you decide exactly what goes into your capsules, with no additives you don't want.
How to use
Separate the empty capsules into caps and bodies, and place the bodies upright in the holes of the plate. Spread your powder evenly over the capsules using the included divider card and press it down lightly with the tamper for an even fill. Then place the top plate with the caps on top and press gently until each capsule clicks shut. With a bit of practice, you can fill 50 capsules in around 10 minutes.
Which empty capsules to choose
Empty capsules are not included with this machine and are sold separately in size "1". Our range offers them in gelatin (animal-derived), vegetarian HPMC, and the Pullulan variant, which is vegan, halal and kosher. All three fit the same size "1" capsule machine; the choice mainly comes down to personal preference or dietary requirements.
