Ingredients:Vitamins, potato starch (filler), gelatin (thickening agent - capsule shell), bioflavonoid complex (60%), Urtica dioica herba (natural filler), Ginkgo biloba extract (24%/6%), magnesium stearate (vegetable - anti-caking agent), sunflower oil (anti-caking agent).

Recommended daily use:Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with plenty of water. Preferably half an hour before a meal. During periods of stress, the dosage may be increased to 4 capsules per day.
