Yawanawa Parika Rapé – 7 grams
About the Parika Rapé:
This is an extremely popular and famous Rapé. It is a traditional gray Rapé known as “Parika.” This special Rapé blend is composed of Arapiraca and Parica ash and is highly valued by connoisseurs and healers. All ingredients were gathered from the Yawanawá tribe and prepared by a non-indigenous shaman who regularly visits the Yawanawá tribe. Many people consider it one of the best Rapé varieties ever produced. This excellent Rapé is an absolute must-have for enthusiasts.
About the Yawanawa Tribe:
The Yawanawá, also known as the White-lipped Pecari tribe, are a small tribe of about 1,300 people who live in isolation in a few villages along the Gregório River. They are known for their warrior spirit, as they never stop fighting, even in difficult times. At one point in history, their tribe was nearly extinct, with only about 300 members remaining. Today, their tribe has grown again, and they have managed to preserve their traditions and knowledge in a very strict manner.
The Yawanawá were the first tribe to initiate a woman as a shaman, which was a significant milestone in the history of shamanism. In their language, rapé is called Rume, and the Yawanawá prefer to mix Rume with Tsunu ash and mapacho, which gives this special blend a refined flavor. Furthermore, Tsunu is used for healing and plays a supporting role during ayahuasca ceremonies.
