Katukina Pau Mulata Rapé – 7 grams
About the Pau Mulata Rapé:
Pau Mulata, also known as Mulateiro, has a distinctive scent of ancient forest. It is an exceptional blend from the Katukina tribe used as traditional medicine. The subtle yet powerful blend of herbs and ash offers a chance to experience the Amazon. Pau Mulata resembles Pau Pereira in appearance and color, but the effect is noticeably different. This is an excellent Rapé. In small quantities, it can be a good first introduction to Rapé and its effects.
About the Katukina Tribe:
Katukina, Catuquina, Katokina, Katukena, and Katukino are generic terms used for five linguistically distinct but geographically close indigenous groups living in southwestern Brazil, on the border of Amazonas and Acre. The Katukina tribe has a strong connection to the use of sacred plants. They consider themselves the first tribe to have received the Kambo medicine directly from the frog. They still possess extensive knowledge of plants and the spirit of the world. Their Rapé is strong and profound, and it carries the wild and powerful spirit of the jungle.
Usage:
The powdered rapé can be blown into someone’s nostrils using a Tepi pipe. Or you can use a Kuripe pipe to blow it into your own nostrils.
Dosage:
Start with a small amount, such as 0.2 to 0.4 grams per nostril. It is also recommended that you do not start with a Rapé that is too potent right away!
Warning:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have high or low blood pressure, heart and/or lung conditions, diabetes, are pregnant, or are taking medication, drugs, or alcohol. Store in a cool, dark place.
