Garden Radish 1:1 Extract - Raphanus sativus
The garden radish (Raphanus sativus) is a root vegetable in the mustard family (Brassicaceae), the same plant family as cabbage and mustard. Radishes are eaten worldwide and are known as a source of minerals and vitamins: the root contains vitamin C, vitamin B, iron and calcium among others.
This extract from Fit-UP is a 1:1 tincture: the ratio between plant material and solvent during extraction is chosen so the tincture carries a high, standardised concentration of the plant per drop. That makes a tincture practical to use: no tea to brew or herbs to weigh, a few drops are enough.
Dosage
Start with a small number of drops and build up gradually, especially the first time you use it. Dissolve the drops in some water or another liquid of your choice; taking it undiluted can taste strong due to the concentration. Dose accurately by counting drops rather than estimating by eye.
Use
Shake the bottle well before use, as tinctures can settle slightly over time. Preferably take the extract at a calm moment of the day, so you can judge for yourself how it suits you before adjusting the amount. This is a food supplement, not a medicine; it does not replace medical advice or treatment.
Storage
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and keep the dropper from touching other liquids to prevent contamination. Always close the bottle properly after use.
