Mouthpiece for the VaporGenie
The VaporGenie is a pocket vaporizer that works through convection: the flame never touches the herb directly, but heats the air through a flame filter, so no warm-up time is needed. The mouthpiece is the part your mouth makes direct contact with on every draw, which means it is also the part that wears, discolours or picks up a taste from previous sessions the fastest.
Because the mouthpiece clips or slides onto the stem separately, you can swap it easily without having to open up the rest of the VaporGenie. That makes it a practical spare part to keep on hand, alongside the replacement screens that follow the same principle.
When to replace it
A discoloured, damaged or lost mouthpiece is the moment to switch to this replacement. Because it comes into direct contact with your mouth, it is also good hygiene practice to replace it regularly, especially if you share the pipe with several people or use it intensively.
Replacing and maintenance
Pull the old mouthpiece off the stem and press the new one into the same spot until it sits firmly. Clean the mouthpiece regularly with isopropyl alcohol to prevent build-up and lingering odours; this also extends the lifespan of a new one.
