Drug testing – how do you do it safely?

If you’ve never used drugs or have used them very rarely, it can be pretty nerve-wracking to start. You don’t know exactly what to expect or what effects the drugs will have on you. Safety and common sense are incredibly important when using drugs. You need to know what you’re doing and make sure you’re doing it safely. That’s why you can find more information here about testing drugs safely.

Only use drugs in a familiar environment

It’s very important to be in a familiar environment when testing drugs. You’ll feel much more comfortable that way than if you’re testing drugs in a (relatively) unfamiliar place. Moreover, an unfamiliar environment can have a much stronger effect than a familiar one, especially if you’ve used drugs in that familiar environment before.

We also emphasize that you should not leave that familiar environment. Drugs disrupt your consciousness and your experiences so much that you can no longer function normally. So never drive or operate dangerous or heavy machinery while under the influence of drugs. It’s best to just lie on the couch and enjoy the effects.

Testing and Combining Drugs

Some people who have used (natural) drugs before start experimenting with taking different drugs at the same time. This is where things can go wrong very quickly. Certain active ingredients can mix very poorly and cause bad trips. You should therefore thoroughly research which drugs do and do not mix well together.

Never use drugs in combination with prescription medications. Drugs can prevent your medications from working properly, or the combination of the two can lead to very unpleasant experiences. Other dangerous drug combinations you should be aware of include: cocaine and opioids, cocaine and ecstasy, alcohol and cocaine, and benzodiazepines, sleeping pills, and painkillers. You definitely don’t want to use these combinations.

So be very careful when experimenting with drugs. Read up online about the drug and its good and bad combinations. Also remember that drugs can be highly addictive. To protect yourself, you need to be able to set clear boundaries. If you do decide to use drugs, try to do so only recreationally.
