Use and Maintenance
Fill the dome base with a small amount of water, just enough so that the downstem is submerged. Place a small amount of concentrate in the oil burner bowl. Heat the bottom of the bowl with a lighter or torch while drawing through the mouthpiece. As soon as the concentrate vaporizes, the vapor rises through the water.
Clean the oil burner bowl regularly: the bowl quickly becomes contaminated with resin residue. Briefly heat it to liquefy the residue and shake it out, or soak the bowl in isopropyl alcohol. Clean the blue base using the standard alcohol-salt method. Replace the oil burner bowl if it is damaged or cracked.

Can I also use this oil bong for dry weed?
The included oil burner bowl is designed for concentrates and is not suitable for dry cannabis. If you also want to use the bong for weed, you’ll need a separate glass funnel bowl with the correct mouthpiece size. When purchasing a separate bowl, check which size fits this model. For smoking dry weed, the other bongs in the range with a standard 14.5 mm bowl are ready to use.
What is the difference between an oil burner bong and a regular water pipe?
With a regular water pipe for weed, you light the dry cannabis in a funnel bowl with a lighter. With an oil burner bong, you place concentrate in the glass bowl and heat it from the outside until the material vaporizes without burning. The result is vapor instead of smoke, which contains fewer combustion byproducts. The water filtration process is the same for both types: the water cools and filters the inhaled vapor.
How do I heat the oil burner bowl correctly?
Hold a lighter or small torch under the bowl of the oil burner, not inside the bowl. Heat the outside of the bowl until the concentrate begins to vaporize, then inhale through the mouthpiece at the same time. Do not use an open flame directly inside the bowl and do not heat the bowl until it glows red: excessive temperatures damage both the concentrate and the glass. Gentle, indirect heating yields the best results.
