Gunpowder Green Tea is a type of green tea from Zhejiang Province in China. Each leaf is rolled into a small ball, resembling the gunpowder used in the 18th century. Other well-known names for Camellia Sinensis are 'zhucha' in Pinyin and 'pearl tea' in China. This tea is 100% organic.

Usage

When preparing green tea, it is important to use water at approximately 80 degrees Celsius instead of boiling water. Let the tea steep for only 2 to 3 minutes.
