Siberian Ginseng, also known as Eleuthero, is a plant that has traditionally been used as an immune system booster and as a general adaptogen. The herb is native to Japan, northern China, southeastern Russia, South Korea, and North Korea.

What is Siberian Ginseng?

Siberian Ginseng is a thoroughly healthy food. There is evidence that eleuthero was first used as a remedy in China approximately 2,000 years ago. The plant is typically used in traditional medicine as an adaptogen, a substance that helps the body function better and adapt to its environment. And although they have similar benefits and uses, eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus and Acanthopanax senticosus) is not related to American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) or true ginseng (Panax ginseng).
