Description

Acacia Confusa seeds - small Philippine acacia, Formosa acacia (Taiwan acacia), and Formosan koa

This Acacia confusa bark is native to Hawaii. The root bark is ethically harvested from trees that are 60 to 100 years old, and its composition is unique.

In Taiwan, the bark is used as a herbal brew. Not much research has been done, but there are cases of successful Ayahuasca drinks and direct oral use of the root bark as a traditional recipe.
Ayahuasca brews prepared with Acacia confusa root bark are called Formosahuasca.

We supply Acacia confusa as 2–5 cm shredded root bark.

The Ayahuasca herbs are intended as ethnobotanical herbs; it is not our objective to offer these herbs for human consumption.
