There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to storing your weed. Number one is light. If your weed is exposed to too much light, the trichomes—which give the weed its stickiness—will be damaged. Too much light can cause the weed to dry out, but if too much moisture builds up, bacteria and mold can develop.

Another advantage is that the cannabis odor doesn’t escape when using an airtight jar. If you’re going to buy a glass jar, you need to consider where you’ll store it. Weed should be stored in a cool, dark place. This could be in a drawer or in the basement cupboard. Additionally, it’s best to have as little air as possible in the jar.
